Lost nine pounds by my scale and feel great. Have Bought tons of veggies, most of them organic, love my lemon water and have no more diet coke in the frig. I never thought I could give that up. The test will be playing golf at Myrtle Beach next week. Will have to bring some organic lemons with me.
