You may have noticed that 2006 felt like the year of "hurry up and wait". What I've seen is, this year has helped many to become aware of who they are and what they want to create in their world. For many, this has felt a bit overwhelming; for others if has put them on the need to attack instead of gently allow. So I decided to share with you, if I may, some easy solutions.
These are some lessons I have learned and like to keep in practice:
Meditation
Any kind that may work for you... whether it be focusing on the light of a candle; a walking meditation or following the breath. One that I love, and do all the time, is feeling into my heart and creating union with the "Universal" Heart. Very powerful and healing.
Self forgiveness
"A~hem repeat after me if you will class"
*I forgive myself for all the choices that I have ever made....
or if you would like to be more specific *I, {state your name}, forgive myself for choices I made regarding *blankity blank blank blank*
Try it, if done with true intention it really helps to create a clear slate where one can start to move forward in the here and now, and not worrying about repeating the same issues.
Listening
We get answers all the time. Take a moment... "Get out of your own way!" and LISTEN. Sometimes the answer can come to you in as a fleeting thought; a song; a comment made by a passer by.
So, what does 2007 hold?
Well, according to my guide: "The word for the New Year will be "Renewal". In 2007 we will actually "see" those obstacles that helped us to feel much of the 2006 "hurry up and wait" syndrome. It will be a time where many many things that are hidden will be made available to be seen. Keep in mind, what is hidden externally is also hidden internally."
Looks like the New Year will be bringing in a whole lot of "new" things into our lives. I, for one, am ready!
