In our last newsletter we talked about detoxing with Bentonite Clay. Bentonite Clay detox is our Cleansing Protocol #7 and is a great add on to your cleanse. It is a great thing to do to enhance a juice cleanse or detox cleanse.

Because Bentonite Clay works as a magnet to attract all of the real toxins you want to get rid of, it moves through your body very slowly having the unique ability to expand when it gets into contact with water in your body.

It has a positive charge on the flat side and a negative charge on the edges and toxins like PCB, plastics, heavy metals, even radioactive materials just draws into this magnet. It’s not digestible so it moves naturally and cleanly through the bowl and comes out the other end.

So it is a great way to enhance and speed up the entire detoxification process. So remember the chemicals and pesticides that you are eating in your food… anything like that which you are inevitably consuming will come out with the Bentonite Clay.
