FULL SPECTRUM FROZEN CLEANSE FREEZER POPS
HAVE ON HAND
A Freezer
Popsicle molds – enough for 12 pops
Butter Knife
Tea Cup
Boiling Water
1 Day of Hohm Juice Cleanse Delivered in “FULL SPECTRUM” OR
16 ounces of each of the following 4 elixirs:
“Security” “Creativity” “Confidence” and “Love”
(all recipes will be found in “The 7 Day Total Cleanse” or you can learn to make them at one of our retreats)
JOYFUL PROCEDURE
Start with “Security” your red colored juice, bottle #1 and pour a small amount into the bottoms of your popsicle molds.
Without putting the handle sticks in place, arrange mold in freezer on an angle: I use ice cube trays to prop them up. It’s quite easy.
Freeze for 30 minutes, until set.
Add small amount of “love”, your green juice or bottle #4 of the “Full Spectrum” hohm juice cleanse delivered.
Add only enough to create a 1/4 inch stripe.
Freeze at same angle for 15 minutes to set.
Add 1/2 inch of “Creativity” your orange colored juice, or bottle #2 of your hohm juice cleanse delivered.
Freeze at same angle.
Layer with thin stripe of “love” again.
Freeze to set.
Final layer is “Confidence” your yellow colored juice.
This final layer is frozen at the flat angle, as usual without the props that created the angles in previous layers.
PLACING THE STICKS
When final layer is frozen fully, you will need a butter knife, a mug as deep as the popsicle molds, and some boiling water.
Fill Cup with hot water,
Allow knife to heat up in the cup of water
Carefully press hot knife into the center of each pop
Remove knife immediately and you will be able to easily press the popsicle sticks into the popsicles.
Refreeze until ready to unmold and enjoy!
TO UNMOLD:
Run warm water over the base of the popsicle molds
Turn them upside down and wiggle out the pops!
Voila! Full Spectrum of Security, Creativity, Confidence all charged with Love, in every single frozen treat!
