 For All Retreats at American Yogini’s East End Location: Because our Retreat Programs require preparation and staff scheduling, we require payment in full at time of reservation. Payments are transferable if changes are made more than 7 days of original reserved date. Changes or cancellations made within 7 days of reserved date are non-transferable. Reservations are non-refundable. Reduced prices will not be given to accompanying guests who do not wish to participate in the workshops offered. Credit will not be issued for any part of the retreat program that was not taken advantage of, or for early departures, for any reason. Though no tipping for household or health services is required, we suggest if you wish to tip to please do so at the end of your stay. We can add this on to your final credit card charges, or we have tip envelopes in the office for your convenience. No need to carry or deal with cash transactions during your stay here. We take care of the details. We provide this service to maintain a worry free and pampered experience during your stay with us. For Yoga Vacation Retreats 50% payment to guarantee a place up to one month prior to start date. Payment in full is required to reserve and guarantee your reservation, one month prior to start date. Retreats include: all or most meals or juices (as applies), housing, yoga, and workshops. Prices quoted are for shared rooms. Upgrades to private rooms are available at a higher rate, as available. Travel to the retreat location is not included, though we are happy to greet you for airport pickup if you wish, for an additional fee. Cancellations Cancellations seven or more days prior to your reserved arrival date for a Jamesport retreat or One Month or more for a travel retreat, your non refundable deposit will be held for your use for one year. If you cancel fewer than seven days prior to start date, (One Month for vacation travel retreats) the deposit is forfeited. If you have not arrived by 10AM the day after your reserved arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. No refund is available for early departure. If you need to leave early due to an emergency you may receive credit for the unused portion of your stay. The fee for this option is $120 per day. This includes meals or juices, full use of facilities and attendance in workshop programs. Health Services available at additional fee charged to credit card. Discounts and Teachers Incentives Girlfriends, brides to be, mother daughter, sisters, or couples: There are special discounts and offers for private groups of four or more who request a customized yoga and (choose: fasting, cooking, painting, surfing, holistic beauty, crafting, dancing,kayaking) retreat experience.
