Details:
To keep stress away from our time together, even though health services are additional we request that you do not make payments as you go, but rather relax and save the bill payments for check out time.
It is our feeling that as you are doing without food, detoxing your body and deepening your yoga, you should be treated like royalty and feel this is your palace: you would not take out your money in your home, so you would not do it here either. Certainly not during a special time such as fasting. Your Fasting Elixir’s are absolutely delicious.
- Health Services and skin treatments available a la carte. (between $100-$150) Booking ahead is strongly encouraged. There is a non-refundable 24 hours cancellation policy.
- Dry Skin Brushing can be done by us for $25 a day add on, or $15 added on to other health services except Shiatsu or Thai massage.
- Directions - We are located on Long Island area about 1 ¼ hours from New York City. To maintain a high level of privacy and security, the exact physical address with driving instructions or travel recommendations will be mailed to you only upon paid registration. The closest airport is MacArthur, Islip. Westhampton’s Grabresky receives those flying privately, and there are easy connections from JFK, and Laguardia.
- Rebounder – we have rebounders or mini trampolines: a fun way to stimulate your lymphatic system during detoxification. These are free of charge
- Colon Hydrotherapy - Colon Hydrotherapy is available to enhance detoxification
- Exclusive privacy - The entire house can be privately yours at a time that best fits your schedule for those wishing total solitude and privacy during their detox. Contact web@americanyogini.com to inquire about this customized option.
- Yoga Daily - Yoga is offered daily as a part of your program.
- Local Excursions - Day trips to Montauk lighthouse, local farms and other Long Island must-sees.

Solitary and Private Retreats
Right here in our beautiful paradise, or in your own favorite resort hotel or home, we go anywhere you need us. Whether it is for you and your own group of friends, or only for yourself. Perhaps our schedule does not work out for you, or you just want to be in your own environment or bask in some solitude. Learning just works best when you are ready. We are here whenever and wherever you need us.
What Private Retreats Include:
- Preparation and serving of juices or Master Cleanser,or Raw Cuisine *Informal workshop and guidance on all aspects of fasting *a daily private trademark session with Mary
What Private Retreats do not include:
- Food costs
- Travel costs if in your home or hotel
- Hotel or accommodations
At American Yogini:
$320 per day, or $1500 for five days of private Raw Juice Fasting, or Raw Food, daily private trademark session with Mary.
In your own home or hotel:
$320 per day or $1500 for five days plus travel and accomodations. Additional $75 per day per additional friend.
